Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi I had an Audio problem that ended up with me removing the old client, By doing this all my characters are gone and I diden't know why, so I created a level 1 mage (character I previously diden't have to walk to ogrimmar and maybe get some help with contacting a GM, once in ogrimmar I started typing in general chat a fairly normal question but when I pressed enter I got banned before even seing the messegae entering the chat so now I have no account and no caracters I culd realy use some help here.
