Account frozen (banned?), LF confirmation :(

Hello GMs,

Let me preface this by saying that: the account that was frozen was not mine, it was a friend's; that friend is Chinese which is why he has issues accessing the forums or even writing in English himself; as far as i'm aware, he never bought gold or stuff like that

Alright so he was a bit panicked and asked me by mail to see what happened with his account:

Char: Jokergo (undead rogue)

Could you confirm that he was banned? If he was, is he banned forever or for a certain period?
