Account Banned

Both my accounts gives me the message that they are banned. Some information around this would be appriciated.

Acc names: "********" and "********"

Neither of those accounts has ever been banned. Please make sure you are typing in your password correctly, as there is an automatic (but temporary) lockout after too many incorrect login attempts.

Thanks for the quick reply.

One of the accounts is still getting the message that its locked. And I am 100% positive that I use the correct information. I am really not sure what to do next.
