Remove the account name, since this half the information needed to hack your account.

Posted: Sun Dec 06, 2015 12:47 pmYes i got hacked and Gms couldn't help me out....After the new reset password i was able to get back my character and play with him all this entirely time...Now why to get banned?

Your account was permanently banned for being compromised. Please note that account security is the player's on responsibility, and since this was your second time getting hacked you should probably rethink your security methods.

Posted: Sun Dec 06, 2015 5:00 pmActually i didn't get hacked again...After you added the password reset recovery via email i was able to get my character back and play everyday with him until today...It was playing me and only me all this time...I am the owner of the e-mail registered and i can prove it...Also i can prove i am the person who leveled that character to 1-60 with screenshots, i have many of them while leveling at the start of the server.My account isn't compromised anymore...I am the only and real owner of it...I can't understand why i am getting banned after 2 months i recovered and fully played on it...Please reconsider this issue...I can provide everything you need on it.

That issue was back in May-June time frame, and has no relevance on now. Your account was compromised a second time, however this time it was banned. As I stated before, please take a look at your security measures and maybe reevaluate them. The account will remain permanently banned.
