I'm on behalf of Jackpottko, the R14 alliance paladian who just got permantly banned to request a serious review on his character. FIrst of all, I would like to know the reason that his account got banned. He promised me that he never or ever did anything that against the rules of this server like forbidden gold transcation so there is no chance for his accouint get banned. As is known to all it usually takes 2-3 months to get to R14 and you have to be in no life mode during the last months. No R14 will take the risk to get banned by doing anything forbidden. Please review the case seriously.

What is the definition of sharing account? Is it because the account was logging in with different IP adresses? You know Chinese players need vpns to connect this server in order to reduce the latency so it is nomral for them to log in their account with differet IPs. I hope you understand that and this is an R14 account, so the account owner has no reason to against the rules when there is a possibility for his account to get banned. Please take my words into consideration again.

With connecting trough a VPN you are not reducing latency but getting more since you create a extra hop in your route.

not necessarily, depending on the host's network, connecting through VPNs can actually reduce latency

tmk OVH's data routes to asia aren't the best

Call me devil's advocate but i have a feeling a few people could have played the account. For instance their is a horde warrior who is an absolute fail who is R13 or R14. You can tell the difference between who is playing him in BG's. One guy just runs in and roll's his face on the keyboard. The other guy is pro and rekts people. Clearly a case of multiple people playing on an account to achieve higher ranking. this may or may not be the case but it could be. I think is name is Kugentv, i am sure some of the people who PVP here may know what i am talking about. I hope in your case you did not break the ToS and get your character back.

It's pretty obvious what these chinese players do and I say good riddance.
