Hi there,

Starting to get a little irritated that nobody is responding to my posts nor my personal messages. (yes i have pm'ed u guys multiple times)

Character name = Evalura
Realm name = Nostalrius begin (pvp)
Issue : Banned and i don't know why? went offline couple of days, came back, poof. your account has been banned???? i'm only level 17. what could i have possibly done so far, to deserve a kick in the first place?

The account associated with the character 'Evalura' has been closed for "GoldTrafficking" and will not be unbanned as previously stated here.

Case resolutions are in accordance to consistent and principled policies which are considered final when issued. Processing cases that has already been concluded keeps the Nostalrius staff from processing other users' urgent support requests. If a user repeatedly creates multiple tickets and/or threads regarding the same closed issue, or otherwise misuse the respective system, they will be asked to stop, and if ignored, they will receive a sanction on all their account(s).
