Hello GM Team,
i was on vacation for several days and when i came back yesterday i logged into my account. Everything was fine and i was looking for a Dire Maul group. I was tired and decided to let it go and went to sleep. This morning i logged back into my account and got a permanent ban. I would like to know the reason for the ban. Furthermore i would like to know how u come to this conclusion since i never used any bugs, afk'ed any battlegrounds, bought or sold any gold or shared my account.

I started playing here a couple of months ago and heard about your strict terms of use. I played on a couple of other servers where people cheated used bugs and exploited this game. I was sick of it decided to move here. So i am very aware of your terms of use and play by these rules with pleasure.

Hello,

I just reviewed your case and had to confirm this ban.

i was on vacation for several days

As our gold trafficking systems improve, we can detect previous gold trafficking cases that we did not detect at first, and thus ban accounts for gold buying even if you did it 20 days ago for example.

Regards,
Daemon

Ok i was talking a long time with a GM about this situation and here i am again gettin banned with a 20 word reply. This makes it kinda rough to be 100% polite after a long day of discussing and outpointing your mistakes. You speak of improved methods, fine. But you can never be 100% sure with your cases because u will never know wether there was money involved or not. Mistakes like this happen.

"I was on Vacation" is just the situation before the ban happened. It did not mean i was unable to buy gold the last days or anything like that.

Im trying to justify myself for things i dont know about and did not happen that way u think they did.

So since u dont ask, here are some "big" money earnings i made which maybe look suspicious for u guys.

-When i was lvl 40, i received i think 30g from a friend for my mount
- i received a trade with about 150 gold in some farm items for 3 and a half days rent a tank for a group of 3 poeple
-i received a righteous orb as a gift for tanking strath living for my crusader enchant
-i made about 150 gold 1 day because i was lucky and found 5 arcance crystals in like 2 hours
- i was sending 5 g and some bags to my twink

I cant think of any more right now.

I hope you read this and rethink this situation. Programs and systems for detection of gold trafficking are fine but not reliable enough as it seems.

Respectfully,
Brandyluv

You're a gold-buying tool and you got owned.

Morals aside, buying gold here of all places is retarded. The time you lose in banned characters pales in comparison to the time it would take to just farm or quest it manually.
