My account seems to be banned

Today I was killing some demons at Felfire Hill (Ashenvale) with my level 30 warlock, nearly hitting level 31, when suddenly I was disconnected from the game.

I tried to relog, but it said that the account was closed. Can you please help me with this?

The name of my warlock is Merul.
