Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello there.

My friend invited me to play Nostalrius. I decided to download the client and create account today. I reached lvl 6 until I went Orgrimmar to get some professional skills. After all I found out that I can't afford all the professional items, so I wrote down on general chat if somebody could spare me some coins. Instantly after my message I got banned. Is this the normal way to prevent newbies from asking for help or what?

There is a very strict spam filter in place on low level characters in an effort to combat gold sellers. Try not to talk in public channels until about 13-15 or so. I know it kind of sucks, but it's a necessary evil. Just hang in there, they will look at your case and clear it up soonish.
