Permanently banned

Got banned few minutes ago and came here to figure out reason. Site says its permanent ban. I was running in feralas, my VPN expired (i use free VPN service because my latency without VPN is terrible and i have to change keys every 24hrs) and got disconnect, after i entered new key and tried to log in again game said account was closed. My ip was 83.217.8.201
In the fact ban was applied in same time i lost connection i can propose it was applied automatically by one of your safety systems or so. Can someone help me with it?
I dont use bots or cheats, dont have any contacts or trades in game.
