account banned after attempting to send same message twice

hello! i've been playing on this server with a friend since yesterday with the character name Babyfur, and when we got to undercity i decided to attempt to send a message in trade chat saying "LF caretaker" to further cement the character name's joke. this message didn't go through, so i attempted to send it again and was immediately disconnected. when i tried to log back in, i got a notice saying i was banned. i checked on the website, and it did indeed list my account as being permanently banned. i apologize if my character name or chat conduct was inappropriate for the server, and (assuming one or both of those two is the reason since i can't think of anything else that could've caused it) if unbanned i will gladly take a character name change and/or promise not to behave inappropriately in chat in the future.

if i'm wrong and that's not the reason for my ban, then what is?

The chat filter is very sensitive at low levels, and often causes a false ban.
It is adviced that you don't use the chat until you are level 15. Yes, annoying but unfortunately necessary to combat the gold sellers.

A GM should unban you soon.
