My account was banned?

I have been playing a lot lately then all of a sudden i get disconnected then follows a ban message when trying to log back in. What is going on? i havent done anything wrong?

ok wow. so i feel dumb.
ill start from the begining because im sure you guys will get a kick out of this. I didnt read the terms and rules before i started playing ill be honest.. lol. but i bought gold from nostalrius.net thinking it was the official nostalrius website..
i know how dumb that sounds but if i would have known i wasnt suppose to buy gold i would 100% not have. im sorry.
was just wondering is there any way to get my account back if you just took all the gold and i started from scratch? now that i know the rules... i know its a longshot but i gotta try i put so much time into that priest. If i would have known what i was doing was against rules i would never have done it.. but i understand if nothing can be done.
