Account banned.

Hey,
My sole account with my main Hograth has been banned.
I'm not sure why exactly, but it could be related to the fact that I got the guild's spell power enchant, 4th on horde and all gold from the sales go to our guild's bank "Ragebanker" which has received around 1-2k gold in the last 2 weeks since we got the drop, titled sales, which might have been suspicious.

The owner of Ragebanker's main is Jayjay who's my guild master and can confirm, as can all the guild "rage" basically.

Your help would be appreciated.

Was thinking over any weird transactions I may have also done, just want to include them all to assist you.
I've loaned gold to 3 of my guildies- hechie, azzalin, hellvik, all of which have paid me back in full.
I of course move a lot of gold between my same account alts- sticksnbolts, terlis, hogbank.
I've sent gold to 2 IRL friends Krogy and Syoo, both of which are friendlisted on all/most of chars and we've been together since wc3, both of which have attended my wedding.

I can't think of anything else, all heavy transactions only relate to me doing SP enchants to people.

Your account has been permanently banned for gold trafficking. If you your transactions between Ragebanker were the cause of the ban, they would be banned as well, which is not the case.

Thanks for the reply.
As I was selling the spell power enchant, among other enchants, I received a lot of gold from random players, but all of these for services rendered and I have never received free gold from anyone.
I remain unsure then as to what is my offense since as a player trading with another player, I am unable to tell bought gold from unbought gold and cannot protect myself from the latter.
As mentioned previously, all of the gold transactions with my loaning guildmates have all been sent and paid back so that can't be the gold trafficking.

Our entire guild will be banned because we decided Hograth would be our guildenchanter and get that recipie? Makes no sense. Can we have a senior game master reply to this?

we need our enchanter back to game, we work hard to get 40 sp enchant, so please investigate faster is possible and unban our guild mate

this is absurd. i know first hand he didnt cheat or traffic gold as he is my RL friend.
can you please provide any evidence of him doing this? even a screenshot or a log will do.

its redicolus people get banned like this without a warning and without any evidence.

sounds like you cant enchant for gold, to easy for some one to buy gold buy your enchant, then you get banned. Sounds way to risky to sell enchants now.
