Permanently ban (a mistake I suppose)

Greetings, guys!
Tonight I was playing for like 5-6 hours or even more and then I logged out to rest 1-2 hours. I came back now and I see my account has been permanently banned. Is this a mistake or have I accidently break any rule and if yes then tell me when exactly pls?
P.S. Hero name: Apocatastasi
P.S. I tried to contact GM with my girlfriend's account but it did not happened.

What means gold trafficking ? I've never had more than 3g in my bags. When I started playing on this server, a friend send me 2g, I send 1g to my girlfriend and then I made 2 more characters(I was not sure what I want to play) and then I send all the 1.5g I had to my newest hero. Does this "crime" deserve a permanent ban? I'm just a random player, I bet there are many ppl like me, don't just throw me on the garbage... I'm not guilty! Thanks.

Hello! I'm his friend and I would like to confirm that I did send him 2 gold around one week ago. The reason for his ban is really unclear to us. Please reconsider this case.

You have logs with detailed information about all my gold movement - buying / selling, reclaiming and giving to anyone. Since you accuse me for buying / selling gold you have to present an evidence. I bet there isn't such evidence simply because I haven't done such thing. More importantly - for my 22lvls playtime I never had more than 3-3,5g in my bags and you can see this by yourself.
