Account banned! Please help, level 57...

I have been banned for unknown reasons and I would really appreciate if I could have a chat with a GM or someone to help figure out what the reason is and If it is at all true, whatever it may be. I am level 57 and I have put in ALOT of time into this warrior of mine, Effancy. And I was just hoping to talk to someone that could help.

I know this is a shot in the dark, But i'll tell you my story.

On monday I went to my friends house for a lan, with my laptop which didn't have the nostalrius server on it.
monday night I felt like logging in and doing some AV and I decided to download the client, However the mega server provided by nostalrius didn't work, and I could not download it from there, so I searched the forums and found another download and promptly downloaded it. Everything seemed fine, Except it turns out that it had a Keylogger in it and the guy hacked my account and skype. He apparently did some shady stuff and got me banned and also sendt my friends alot of shit messages on skype. Really fucked up my life. I know this sounds insane, but I've been a model student of the nostalrius servers, and i only had 50g on my account at the time of the hack. I've since changed all my passwords and not even dared to touch my laptop with the keylogger on it.

All in all, I did not do any shady things. I wish I could prove that I was hacked. If you can track where people log in then it would help a lot, I'm norwegian and I've only played on nostalrius from norway, so If any other logins happened then it wasn't me. Thank you for all your help and research into this matter.

Even if your account was hacked it will remain banned for the gold trafficing offense. Regardless of whether or not the offense was committed by a third party, it is still a perma ban offense. Account security is the responsibility of the player, not the staff. Sorry.
