I woke up this morning to find my account perma-banned.

I didn't see a reason when I logged into my account on the website.
If someone has a moment to look into this for me, I'd really appreciate it.
Not sure what happened, but I'd like to report a false positive.

Is it possible because I traded some gold on the PVE realm from my high level druid to for some on the PVP realm to level my other druid? I rolled on the PVE server, got to 50+ and decided I missed PVP too much.

Then I came across a player who said he was going to do the opposite and so we traded. I got more gold out of the deal on the pvp server since obviously gold and items are easier to acquire on the PVP server.

If this is against the rules, I'm very sorry as it never crossed my mind that this is illegal.

Could I get some more information? I never once bought gold... Did you read my 2nd explanation? Is there a way to pass this on to a higher up admin who can get back to me with more than the standard response?

GM's like Nathrizyr and Benevael dont talk more than 1 sentence im sry dude. Only like 3 or 4 copy and paste options. I tried for days.

Gamemasters are still doing this in their freetime.

They also got a reallife and a real job, which they are giving priority to.

Every Gamemaster has to spend at least 15-20 hours per week (thats what I heard a few times, so I think its true).

So unfortunately you just have to wait. And Seebi, please don't be so salty just because they got a reallife and don't pay attention to their freetime gamemaster hobby 24/7.

Its a private server and they don't get paid. Learn to be patient and professional.

Being salty and insulting the staff or members like me, who are just giving you some information, doesn't help you at all.
