Hi there I just tried to log in to my account and it said I was permanenetly banned, I don't understand what I done wrong I need help to get my account back please, all I done is lvl a twink to 19 is that against the rules to twink?

This information is not valid at all, I want a deep investigation around my so called gold trafficking, how is that even possible when a friend gives you a item or gold on your friendlist ?

A lot of people are getting banned for gold trafficking these days. We had to call the raid in our guild tonight, since we had 3 people + our guild bank banned for the same thing. People say that there's a bad script somewhere, but I guess time will tell.

You can PM that info to one of the gms. I'm sure they will be more than happy to reverse your ban if you are innocent.
