Hi there I just tried to log in to my account and it said I was permanenetly banned, I don't understand what I done wrong I need help to get my account back please, all I done is lvl a twink to 19 is that against the rules to twink?
exuse me for my English im not that old to know it well if you get what I mean,
Please help me get it back ): I spent so much time on it im lost without my game...

This information is not valid at all, I want a deep investigation around my so called gold trafficking, how is that even possible when a friend gives you a item or gold on your friendlist ?

A lot of people are getting banned for gold trafficking these days. We had to call the raid in our guild tonight, since we had 3 people + our guild bank banned for the same thing. People say that there's a bad script somewhere, but I guess time will tell.

This is not fair what so ever, I spend alott of time and care in my time I get to play.
and then I come home after a hard day of work, I want to relax on my character and I get banned?
for something I not close to done what so ever, im really extremely pissed about this most would understand...

I have chattlogs I have hours of playing with eachother, I have screenshots of me and my friend playing together!
he have given me items and gold yes?
that is not against the rules to give!
I want a fair trial!
I have not done such things I am accused of!

You can PM that info to one of the gms. I'm sure they will be more than happy to reverse your ban if you are innocent.
