The server is not a year old yet, so you can't have played more than a year ;-)

GM's are currently very busy, but hopefully you get a response soon.

Gamemasters are using their freetime to (for example) review Bans and support players.

You have everything done for your appeal. So you just need to wait for an answer (which can take a few hours and even 1-2 days).

Unfortunately you won't get your account unbanned (only my opinion), since it apparently got hacked. Nostalrius doesn't seem to unban accounts which got hacked, because the account security is a matter of the account owner himself.

Well it seems to me like it has been a year... Well if it got hacked or whatever i have the accounts email anyway so i dont see the problem. I used email to reset password and BAM, account banned. I have no clue what was going on. I am the owner of the account. My email address registered with it is like 5-8 years old(its gmail adress) and i can prove it.

Is there anything else that i could possibly do to get my account unlocked? I can provide all the info needed. Username and password and email. I can also say the first password that was registered with account. Anything.

GM's usually don't unban hacked accounts, but I would wait for a GM response before going any further.
If the GM says No, the only thing you can do is get your new low-level account unbanned and start from there.

You seem to know a little something about appeals. Do you think I'm wasting my time appealing the perma-ban on my level 17 mage? I've been waiting for a reply, but do they only review the bans of higher level characters? If so I think I'll just abandon ship.

It doesn't matter if your character is level 17 or level 60 with full T2 and rank 14.

Appeal is appeal and they will review your ban if they didn't already.

Once again, gamemasters are doing this in their freetime, so if they get time, they'll do their best to solve the case.
