Account Banned Appeal

Account banned and I'm not sure why. One character's name was Strydarary on PvP server. Please help!

UPDATE: I read the rules again and realized I may have been banned for Multiboxing. I was unaware of an issue with this because it says that I can have 2 characters online in a major city. Strydarary was in a major city. I apologize if I did something wrong. Please advise on proper gameplay in this situation. Also, please un-ban my account and I will surely follow all rules as you specify.
