My Account has been banned - Elizagirl

My 11 year old son, has told me he tried to used a hack of some sort. The account isn't his. it's mine, he doesn't play at least he doesn't have his own account. My 17 yr old also has an account (Crashem) that will not login now, although no message.

My apologies, I will change my password, if I get my account back.
