i wanted to ask why i got benned permamently ? i did nothing just wroted in ogrimar chat and got baned.. why ?

If you are below level 15, you probably got caught by the chat spam filter. In that case a GM should unban you as soon he get to your unban request in the queue.

To avoid this, you are adviced not to use the chat channels until you are level 15. Yes, very annoying but unfortunately necessary to combat the gold sellers.
