be banned confusely

my GFs account was banned with no reason,I've been playing for one day and as far as I know I have not done anything that goes against TOS.
The website doesn't tell me the reason for the ban.The character name would be xiaoxutuzi on the PvP server.user name would be xuyanwen .i create the character and offline ,then the banned show up,i really confused.

Whatever you're banned for, you've shared an account with another person. This is against the rules and will result in a permanent ban. It's called 'acount sharing'.

An account can only be used by one person, not multiple.
