Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

2015-12-08 I noticed i had recieved a Permanent banned which listed reason was: Gold trafficking.

To start off with I have NEVER Purchased gold nor have i ever sold any. The only reason i can come to think off to why you might even suspect me is because of certain events durning my levling experience here at Nostalrius which i will now be listing.

I'm writing this with the intent of getting this cleared up and to hopefully show you that i'm innocent of my ban charges.


I started this server togheter with my friend who's ingame name is: Zulubbi, We started levling togheter at lvl 10 at which point when we met up at The Barrens i gave 50 silver so we would be at equal state economy wise.

From there on we just focused on leveling and scarped up every coin we could find from Mobs / Quests.

At level 38 I met a man who's ingame name is: Airbender, We got to talking and after joining his guild he decided that he would help me get the missing amount of gold required for me in order to get mount at lvl 40. Shorly after that conversation he traded me 30 gold and shortly after went seperate ways.

At level 40 me and my friend decided to do Uldaman, Durning this run an axe called: Pendulum of Doom, dropped which we later off sold on the Auction house for 199g. We splitted the amount equally 50/50. The money was giving through the trade option.

From that point on we would occasionally just trade each other Green / Blue items.

Something that also might be worth mentioning, Multiple 1 gold tips to mages for portals, 1g Payments to UBRS leader for Key collection and 10g trade to Airbender (Mage and previous guild master, also mentioned in post)

Edit: I've also sent multiple items to my other friend, a druid that goes by the name Thïef
And given 1g to a rogue named Shiro + A few silver to newly started players.

Other than the things listed i can't see any other beliefs to why it might have been viewed as if we were somehow invovled in Gold trafficking.

I'm not 100% sure how things work but i'm sure their should be some sort of logs of my transactions with my gold. The day i was banned i had about 150-155 gold. Everything earned from hard work and dedication to the amazing server Nostalrius. I get mistakes can happen, you have a player base of 10.000 people to look after so it's understandable.

I beg you, please look into this Gm's of Nostalrius, everything related to my account so far has been earned legitamently. I hope that based on the information i have provided you can find it in your heart's to grant me a revision in which my innocence will be proven and this missunderstanding shall seize to exist.

I have spent over 300 hours on this server so far, I really hope i can continue to make those hours grow on my character

It appears your ban was reviewed and confirmed multiple times, including a review from Daemon.

The confirmation was made without any details to actions that might come across as suspicious. I can understand that Daemon judged the case to the best of his ability with the information he had. If you actually read the previous posts I didn't post the information which i actually have posted in this post, at the time i was baffled that i recieved a ban knowing fully that i have done nothing in order to recieve this punishment.

There for I made this appeal explaining / clearing up things that may be viewed as suspicious, I have no doubt in my mind that if they match this up with the logs they will see that I am indeed speaking the truth and that this case should be dismissed.

That post was followed up by Nathrizyr, referencing your original post that gave you the reason for your ban and was confirmed by multiple members of the Staff.

You see this confirmation you're talking about was given before it. What the GM did was simply reffer back to the answer which was given in the first post when the judgement was passed without taking the information into account. I'm pretty darn sure that they did NOT look further into my case after this post hence to why i made this one.

I'm innocent of these charges and there for I will not simply accept an answer thats more or less just telling me to accept false verdict. And the fact that he just simply reffered me back to my previous post makes me believe that he did not even consider the content of that post nor did he even acknowledge it.

I really love playing on this server, both me and my friend have really enjoyed the time we've spent playing here. There for I will continue to fight for my case because I know that we haven't done anything wrong.

It seems to me like Daemon is pretty good at what he does. However mistakes do happen, I should've mentioned what i mentioned in this post to Daemon the first time he visited my post so at the end of the day I suppose it's still my fault that the ban has lasted for this long. But yeah stay tuned I guess
