Please post your "Confirmed evidence" I'd really like to see it because i'm 100% sure that their is no way that their is anything which would actually show that I bought or sold gold.

It's amusing that you guys keep holding onto your fake truth, Would it kill the Nostalrius team to actually admit that I did not gold traffick :S? Or is it simply that someone is holding a grudge.

Gamemasters won't show any evidence on open/closed cases, since this would mostly reveal their methods to ban people who're playing against the rules.

They also won't admit to their wrong it seems. their is litearally NOTHING in those LOGS that implies that i Gold trafficked. I also talked to the people who actually i had traded with / Sent or recieved mail from today aswell and none of them recieved a ban for gold trafficking yet me and my friend did and the ONLY large amount of gold we recieved (Through luck) Was through the Pendulum of Doom. I'm pretty damn sure that this is what they have "Confirmed" as Goldtrafficked because their is litearlly NO other extrodinary amount of gold that came our way after that and that axe only gave us a 100g Split.

Is the fact that we got lucky on your server a crime of some sort, Nostalrius staff? And that you're now claiming that this case has been Confirmed and won't be re opened. I'm 100% Sure that you didn't even bother to look into it properly in the first place. And yes please give me the "They have 10k players to look after" line, please do.

Truth is that just because you have a playerbase of 10k Players to look after doesn't mean you can simply skip looking it through properly. Absolutely disgusting.

It wasn't looked into properly in the first place so i'm still waiting for that first charm, m8

There were a lot of reviews from Tyrael tonight and a few got unbanned and a few won't be unbanned.

Do you think they review the cases within 10 seconds and then decide "hm, logs aren't that good, I'll unban him." or "yo his character got a cool name, I'm in a good mood, I'll unban him"?

They review them properly and if the evidence speaks against you, they will not unban you.

I'm not saying that your ban is justified, I can't know that as a normal player, but they don't just look into bans and then roll the dice for unban/not unban.

Thats pretty much what they are doing tho, They are assuming that it's somehow connected to gold trafficking which has led to two Permanent bans for the reason based on a pure assumption (Which is a FALSE assumption) goldtrafficking.

The ban is incorrect and I ACTUALLY want it reviewed and not judged based on poor assumptions.
