OH! I thought I had purchased gold though your website http://nostalrius.net/
I take it this site is not legitimate.

I’m not trafficking gold, just an old school player taking a trip down memory lane. Needed to get gold for my mount so while using google to search for a quick method of making gold I found what I though was a service you offered.

A permanent ban seems a little harsh for what was a genuine mistake. Don’t suppose you’d let me hand over the gold and let the finical loss be punishment enough? I'd love to continue my trip down memory lane.

The Nostalrius game masters don't like gold sellers and buyers.

Nostalrius isn't a "P2W" server, you can't buy items/mounts/golds/characters/custom services/etc.

You should have read the Terms of Use before starting playing here, or before you considered to buy gold.

V. Permanent ban

The most serious sanction. Permanent bans are rare but definitive. This sanction is applied in case of multiple violations of the rules, or after multiple account interruptions, as well as any of the following:

No. You deserve all the verbal abuse you're getting in this thread. Amazing that you could very quickly find a website to purchase gold, but just couldn't find anywhere that the terms of use for this server are located to see if buying gold is allowable. I suggest you read the terms of use ASAP and follow them on your next account.

This is just the best. Not only did you evidently fail to read the official Nostalrius TOU, but you obviously didn't even read the TOU from the site you bought the gold from.

1. Nostalrius Rules
The official Nostalrius Begins (PvP & PvE) server (Nostalrius.org) has their own rules which can be found on their website / forums. Make sure that you know them before using our own service.

While we do our best to make sure that everything is safe & secure (It's how we have remained in business ever since Nostalrius was started), there is always a chance of getting your account temporarily or permanently disabled by the Nostalrius Game Masters.

The very first item in the TOU tells you that you shouldn't be buying gold from them!
And you think you don't deserve a perma ban?

At least give him credit for being honest. That is a rare sight in a ban appeal these days.
