Hello I was playing last night with my friend and we were both in stormwind level 5 humans, we were just standing around doing nothing but talking and suddenly i got disconnected and it said my account has been closed. my username is mrbinz69

You probably got banned from the automatic anti-goldseller system.

Try to not use any public chat channels until level 15, to avoid unneccessary false "positives" from the system.

If a gamemaster gets time to review your case, you'll probably get unbanned.

Since gamemasters are doing this in their freetime there is no average time estimate.

You just have to be patient and within a few hours or 1-3 days you'll get a response.
