Banned

I received the error:

"This World of Warcraft account has been closed and is no longer available for use."

and I waited the 15 mins and reset my password. I am still getting this error. Not really sure why.

Item of note: I was in the middle of play and got disconnected and began to immediately have difficulty logging back in.
