Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I am posting here to make a ban appeal for a friend who was locked out of his account in game and on the website. He recently made a racist remark over chat with another player and was not issued a warning, as it states in the Terms that a warning should be issued for any racism. While we do not know the time of the ban, we do know that he wasn't supposed to be banned in the first place.

I would appreciate it if you can give my friend some more info on the ban issuance of his account, or if the ban was removed, because this does seem a little unfair and I'll make sure he doesn't do it again.
