Banned account?PvP nostalrius

Hey there dear GM Staff,I took a few months break from the game only to find out that my account's password was changed(managed to retrieve it via e-mail) and that my account has been banned permanently(that was the message I got when i logged in on the site).There must be some mistake as I didn't do anything wrong,and what's even more weird was that my password was changed on top of all that.Can you look into it further and give me some info?My characters were all on the PvP server;Character names:Moerte,Tragedy
