Banned for using wrong account credentials

I was banned for using the wrong account credentials in the logon screen. I have been an avid player of this server for months now. To be banned over something like this is totally unreasonable. I have made so much progress on my characters and now its all gone. My actions caused no harm to the game in any way. I would like to have a discussion with an admin or GM on this issue please. character name is brokensafety on pvp realm

If you enter your password incorrectly multiple times over a short period of time then you'll receive a temporary lockout. Try logging in again in 15 minutes.

I relogged in, and the problem is resolved. thank you to whoever fixed this. you make me a very happy orc.
