Account got stolen and banned

I haven't logged on to my account since October as I have stopped playing for some times. Now I finally have time to play again, I found out that my account was banned.

I logged on to my other account to share this news with my guild members, and they said that they saw my account was often online throughout the entire November. Since i have not been playing, my theory is that my account was hacked and stolen from me, and I dont know what the hacker had been doing on my account to get banned.

I don't know how i can convince you this, but the only evidence i can think of, is the hacker should have logged on to my account with a different ip address. This account was made in Augest, and has been playing with the same ip address until the password was changed. I don't know if is possible for you to check the ip address history for this account, but all I said is true. I hope you can belive me, and give my account back with the original password.

The account had a lvl 60 tauren druid, named Spicybeef.

GM's do not restore hacked accounts.

If you plan to start over from level one, then perhaps take a closer look at your account security: keep account infor for yourself and pick an account name and password which is not easy to guess (i.e. don't use your forum name or ingame name as account name for example).

Account security is the sole responsibility of the player. Your account was permanently banned account compromised/sharing, and the ban length will not be lessened nor removed.
