Account perma banned

I just had my account perma banned, the connection was closed and I can't login anymore. My account status doesn't mention any reasons or other information apart from the fact that it seems to be permanent. I think I know why I got a banned and I am not asking for a complete unban as its partially warranted I think, but I would ask if it would be at least possible to review my case.I really think a perma ban is harsh in this case, your rules only mention being afk in a battleground as a minor infringement.

In any case, I loved my time playing here and I wish being able to play in the future. I sincerely hope you will rethink the permanent ban!
