Still requesting evidence...

Still requesting evidence...

by Robinator1992 » Mon Dec 21, 2015 7:03 pm

Nope, sorry - "customer support/GM"...

Simply stating you do not provide evidence is not enough for me to clear this issue. Hell, if you had a real customer support service I would use that, but no you rely heavily on a public forum, so I am going to continue posting until I receive what I need received.

Jesus Christ, I am literally giving you permission to prove me wrong, how hard is that to do? Private message me if you have to. This system is so one sided. You rely on a third party detection device, ironically, what you consider an offense.

Secondly, your system has been proven to be faulty by your own staff...

I have a right, as both a player and customer to appeal my ban. In order for me to do so, I am requesting evidence to clear myself.

- Nauli, with all do respect, you are not a GM (stop pretending to be). I am not talking to you, I do not care for your input in anyway. This is also why this group needs a separate customer service area where non-invited individuals do not bud into other people's business.

You agreed to the possibility of this happening when you made your account and hit the "I agree to the terms of use" button. Go back and read the tou. They have the right to ban you without any reason, much less having to provide evidence.

They can get mad all they want, I am not asking for their feelings. I am asking for a proper appeal. I need evidence simply because I know for a FACT I did nothing wrong. Their system probably detected me giving money to an alt. That is literally the only thing I can think of. But, I am not here to simply provide a "possibility" I need to KNOW why I was banned.

Gold trafficing. They have overturned quite a few of these bans in the last 2 weeks. They aren't just going to keep you banned on a hunch. When they say they have done a review, they have done a review. This is how appeals work. If you have additional evidence to show your innocence, PM it to one of the GM's.
