Came home from the city, account is banned

(Sorry if this posts again, my connection timed out twice and I didn't see it get posted)

I went to the city to watch star wars and came home to find my account banned.

Character name: Zephyr

It's not a client or server issue like when you try to login incorrectly too many times as I can still play my bank toon on a different account.

If this is about dual boxing, i thought you were allowed to do so along as you remained in the city for the purpose of banking?

That can't be right? I've only returned like a week ago and I can assure you I havn't bought nor sold any gold. All I've done was run MC once and a few dungeons. I moved like 50g from my bank to my shaman for repairs and such.

anyway this can get a second look into? Theres no way this could have been gold trafficking
