Banned???...

I tried to log into my account today, and it says the account has been closed? I haven't done anything against the TOS to my knowledge, and wanted to inquire about the justification for closing my account? Really disappointed to lose a level 60 after the countless hours put into that character.. I really did love Nostalrius, and I'm heartbroken. There's no email indicating a reason.. and I have no idea what I could have done to desrve this. I'm at a loss for words. Please help, thank you.
