As subject says my account was perma bann, I don´t know the reason but I actually wanna know before I give up or not this server. As I remember all I did before I get the bann was.. in say chat I asked for someone to give for me and my brother 50 silver or 1 gold so we could train class spells and train professions. If I did something wrong please let me know.

Remove your account name, its half the information needed to hack your account. Only post your character name and realm.
Account security is your responsibility, and from what I see you are not taking that serious. If your account is hacked (and got you banned), you will not get your account back.
