Banned permanently

Hello GM-Team,

I just was banned because of the herb loot bug. My character's name is Florno on the PvP server. Here is what I did:
- I looted a Dreamfoil herb and realized that it didn't despawn
- I looted it a couple of times and realized taht something has to be wrong
- I opened a GM-Ticket and described the issue
- By that time other players were looting that Dreamfoil herb constantly
- I asked in /s chat if there is a bug but nobody answered
- I continued looting the Dreamfoil as well, because the other players didn't seem to be surprised
- After the server was restarted again I looted that Dreamfoil herb again and it despawned like it should
- I played on and found a Black Lotus and started looting it simoultaniously with another player
- It didn't despawn and I looted it again
- After a short time lots of players came and looted it constantly until a server message appeard about this bug
- At this time I and the other players stopped looting
- After the next server restart I looted some other herbs and they didn't despawn but I looted them only once

I didn't sell, trade or send any of the looted herbs to other players because I was hoping it could be deleted from my inventory and I could avoid a ban. Please, if it is possible, can you remove all the herbs from my inventory and unban me? It would be appreciated very much.

That was the right thing to do, and if you had stopped there you would have been a hero.

But no:

- I continued looting the Dreamfoil as well, because the other players didn't seem to be surprised

I agree, that was a bad decision. But if every one around you loots it, it was hard to resist. If GMs decide to keep me banned, I'm fine with it. But maybe they have mercy. Either way I would have learned my lesson.

all I read was..

I went to go get a withdrawal from an ATM machine.
the ATM machine kept giving me money even after my transaction was completed.
I called the police to see if something was wrong.
I saw others use the ATM machine after me and continually withdrawing money for free.
I then joined in on the ATM machine withdrawal scam.
police showed up and arrested me
I plead the 5th and don't know why I got arrested.
just confiscate the money I got that wasn't mine.
let me out on bail please.

However, some cases may be manually reviewed, only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

I don't meet ALL the conditions, but please see my explaination below.

1- No exploitation has been done after 15:12 server time (time of the system announcement)
2- All the exploited items must have been removed
3- None of the items may have been traded, sold or exchanged. It includes using secondary characters as banks, trading item in the auction house, mailing the items, etc ...
4- The appeal must have been posted before the 1st January 2016

1- I stoped exploiting as soon as I read the server message.
2- I didn't remove the items from my inventory because I was waiting for a GM to reply to my ticket. I thought that deleting items from my inventory could be judged as a try to conceal the exploit. I didn't sell, trade or mail any of the items but kept them in my inventory intentionally so that I or a GM could remove them later easily. I even didn't put them on my character's bank or a different inventory slot but kept them right where they were so that I could identify the items later. The account was banned before I received an answer to my GM ticket.
3- I meet these conditions.
4- With this post I fulfill this.

Additional information:
- I was in the eastern area of Burning Steppes
- I reported the issue immediately via GM ticket
- I started shortly after the planned server restart. I don't know the exact time. My GM ticket should give better information about this.
- I ended as soon as I read the server message. If I remember correctly I looted three herbs after the message, because I didn't see it instantly.
