why my acc banned?

Hello GM! Why my acc - Kenaya1991 was closed? I don't break rules. today after restart server several times tore the grass and noticed that she was bugged. After that I deleted it out of the backpack and left the game. please state the reason for closing my account if I didn't break any rules. Regards, kenaya!

You broke the rules by "toring the grass" multiple times. So don't wonder why you got banned , you know why

I several times tore up the grass and threw her out of their bags when I realized something went wrong. what is my error? how do I know how to work the new system dynamic spawn grass? on the forum there is no topic on the mechanics of this system. I repeat - when I noticed that it is really a bug, I removed the grass from their bags. I didn't sent it and didn't sell anyone. Turns out I was banned only for the fact that I touched the grass which bugged due to the malfunction of the new system which included the GM. In this situation, many players.
