Hi

I just get banned on my main char " Hiden " because of herbs bug, the fact is, i deleted all herbs ( like 60 or 80 plagueblooms ) before your warning on the chat ,you can check that on my logs, i didnt sent herbs to another alt or something like that. I'm okay with a sanction cuz even if i deleted them i used this bug a bit, but i dont know, a warning or 1 week ban max should be more appropriate because even if i exploited a bit i was " kinda " honest i didnt keep herbs.

Hope you ll make something more appropriate

1- No exploitation has been done after 15:12 server time (time of the system announcement)
2- All the exploited items must have been removed
3- None of the items may have been traded, sold or exchanged. It includes using secondary characters as banks, trading item in the auction house, mailing the items, etc ...
4- The appeal must have been posted before the 1st January 2016

1- i stopped exploiting like 20min before 15:12
2- all plagueblooms were removed ( even those farmed before the bug cuz i didnt remember how many i had )
3- nothing were trade sold or exchanged at all
4- appeal have been posted the 24th december 2015

I'm starting to believe that they just kneejerk reaction banned everyone that hit all of the bugged nodes rather than perform any in depth investigation first. This is counterproductive as it produces more work later and forces players to wait out a needless ban until their case is processed. This is a guilty before proven innocent mentality, which is never good and upsets customers/players. From our perspective, how are you supposed to know a node is bugged before you hit it a few times and notice it never goes away? Anyone could have eaten these bans. Apparently even if you destroy everything you got off a node AND report it, you're still banned.

Greetings,

You meet all conditions listed in this link your case is under review. This process may take up to several weeks depending on the number of appeals we receive. You will then be informed of the results of this review process.

Regards,
GM Team.

Let them do their job. If they didn't ban and review, then everyone that ate a ban in the next 2 weeks or so from this would be wondering why they were allowed to play if they were guilty. It also gives them less work to do since there will not be any logs piled up after the incident. It's 150 accounts out of thousands, it's not like they banned half the server or anythjng. Calm down.

The exact same happened when the AQ event bug was around.
