Account banned

Dear GM Team,
today I left my Computer running, when i left home. When i did, apparently my brother sat down and played on my account without me knowing about this. When i came back home and tried to log in, it said, "your account was banned" (Charactername: Duze (Nostalrius PVP Server)). I was quite confused to what was going on so i checked the forums, and saw lots and lots of threads regarding many accounts being banned due to abusing herb respawn mechanics.

After reading this I figured someone else must have played my account because i couldn't even be online, since i wasn't even at home. Put 1 and 1 together so that there are 2 possiblities, either i got hacked, or very much more likely my brother played my account. I went to talk to him and he told me about the respawns being broken. He seemed to have looted Plagueblooms multiple times and after that sent them to another account. According to him there were no Plagueblooms left on my account (there were about 4 stacks + some plagues in my alt chars bank account, which he turned into mongoose on my mainchar today), neither has he sold any of them, not on my account and not on the other account. If you guys log where the Plagueblooms went you could prove for yourselves, that none of them went to the AH.
I'm aware of that you probably heard alot of "excuses" like that, however i do not know how to prove to you that it was not my doing, which obviously sucks.
What i can say is just that, how dumb could i be to risk a really well equipped character, in a nice guild, that was progressing well, just for some random herbs, that can be farmed in the longterm anyway. What reason would i have to waste my whole account when I had enough gold and consumables anyway?
I'm aware that sharing accounts is not allowed and so is bug abusing. None of that was done intentially by me by any means. I did a crucial mistake by letting my computer run, when leaving home at christmas, having nothing bad in mind at all.
I understand that actions like that need to be punished. I understand that its against the terms of use. I'm fully aware of that.
However i hope you investigate and realize that nothing was done to the plagueblooms and i didnt do any profit or anything with it, neither has my brother.
I would like to ask you to erase ALL my and his herbs from our accounts including every herb that was gathered legally, maybe even every item that lays in our character bank slots.
I'm okay with any kind of punish for the actions that were taken by my brother, besides shutting down my whole account. Isn't it maybe possible to give me (us) 1 or two warning before a permaban, since neither of us have ever before violated any terms of use by the slightest?
I really hope you investigate in this case and maybe help me with my issue ;/

It is your responsibility to protect your account, which you didn't do in this case. I feel for alot of those people getting banned for herbing 1-2 stacks, but this case is different. You failed to keep your account safe, and that is what hits you now

I'm 100% aware of that I've made a mistake. Humans do mistakes, that is what we learn from. Usually people are given the chance to learn out of their mistakes, thats what I'm trying to ask here for. I'm willing to pay the prize to get punished in another way. Thanks for your reply

I guess you can learn from the mistakes you did by recreating a new account without sharing it this time with your brother !

I mean, be serious one second, when you see an INSANE bug like that, it's a ban trap... "Brother" "deleted my 16 stacks" "did a GM ticket after 30 min".....
