Hello, my account with 52 mage undead named "Frøsties" on PVP server has been closed. I was playing with a friend when I disconnected. After that I tried to reconnect but i have "this world of warcraft account has been closed ...", I know that today there were unlimited herbing abuse but I'am not into herbalism or mining so I don't understand. I don't have any messages onto the Nostalrius Begins homepag so I really don't known reasons. Could you please have a review on it and help me ? Thanks a lot.

The account associated with the character "Frøsties" has been permanently banned for Botting, which is strictly agaisnt our Terms of Use.

Why my account has been permanently banned for botting?
I'm the only one who can play this account and I never saw anything suspicious in my account while I play quite often since March 2015. Every time I logged in to the game, I didn't see any changes from the day before so I don't think anyone either connect to my knowledge.
I was playing when my account was disconnected and no game master contacted me in game so I really don't understand the reason.
I hope this is just a misunderstanding because having this bad news the Christmas day after so much time lost to play on this server will really hurt me even if it's a free game.

your botting was confirmed by two GMs. Thus the ban is permanent and will not be lifted.
