Hello, and yes, I mined one of thorium veins all the time after 1st restart and before server was reloaded again.
After this i hearthstoned and have seen a system message. No more attempts to do it again and btw i was completely sure its a kind of a gift on christmas =D

200 thorium bars, 10 arc. crystals, 100 dense stones and about 5g from vendored gems
all of the goods on same acc (not char) TreeMaks/Nightdancer

If you will be kind in anticipation of the holidays, might you will forgive me and mitigate the punishment
And if not... what can I say? Thanks, it was amazing time for me)

Greetings,

Intentionally abusing a major bug is grounds for a permanent ban. As has been our policy since launch, if you find a bug that results in an obviously unintended gain, you are to open a GM ticket or report the bug on the bugtracker, and desist - not continue to exploit it.

Did you happen to open a GM ticket?

Regards, GM Team.

Bcs at the moment I've seen it, my brain like turned off. During all the time I played here I've seen about 15 rich thorium veins in the world and every1 were there, mined it like non-stop.
+ now I think you had enough bug reports from other players
so if i have to pay for my herd instinct... May it be so.

@Benevael

While we appreciate the point raised here, some people did not raise a ticket simply because others had said they already did.
Between that and the system wide message - I am sure most players stopped soon after seeing this or realising the issues at hand.
Hopefully a swift mass un-ban of the community or at least roll back of those toons is on the cards.

Hello GM-Benevael, us 3 "MAG-dethklock, rogue - zanzibarra and paladin- Nikron" friend and we play together. yesterday we found this bug with the grass. I wrote a ticket and attached a screenshot which shows what the bug is. after this we removed all the grass that tore at these points. on the ticket in the game there was no answer and after a while all of us banned. we did nothing wrong and did not use a bug for profit. How to be in this situation?

The picture you linked shows an open ticket, but also that you lootied at least 7 times.
Or in other words: after you created a ticket to the GM's describing the bug you continued abusing.

How does that look in your eyes?

repeat for particularly tight - we removed all the grass which orfali then I sent a ticket the GM, the screenshot shows the mechanics of a bug. turn on the brain before writing such responses, you are not the GM-s and your answers are more harm than good. regards
