Ask for Review for Account banned with new lvl 60 character

Dear GM Team,

My friend's character on PVP server, char name is miclam, a res druid, this character was banned on Dec. 8. He just got to lvl 60 and received 200 Gold and some other low value materials from friends on his friend list and also guidemate. He didn't do any real money gold transaction and just receive some inital help from friends. Is this not allowed on Nostalrius server? Would like to have a reply on this. And if this was a mistaken ban and can be unbanned, we will be very appreciated and happy!
