Hello, my account was closed. As my opinion it was because of the mining during the bug, but in fact i didnt abuse that. At first, I saw many ppl are mining the same vein so i also go to mine it as usual. But it didnt despawn after 5 tries so i realized it was a bug. I mined about only 3~4 times at the same vein and changed spot to the next vein as considering it a normal vein. And even before the system message I just stopped and at that time i only got about 20+ thorium and 1 arcane crystal. I dont think it as an abuse and could u please give a review on it? Thanks, the character name is "Youku"

Greetings GM Cygore,
My ingame character name is Overwhelm, and is an officer of the guild Youku is in.
He's a known streamer, and at the time of this server glitch, he was streaming live inside douyu.tv on his hunter Youku, and there were multiple withness that saw him stopping and hearthing, and continuing with his live stream.
He was mining one node, found out that it was bugged, and saw multiple person harvesting the first node. He then went to the second node, got an arcane crystal out of it, and also have other PCs mining that node and commenting on his stream. In total he mined 4 nodes during this incident, harvesting 30 thorium ores, some dense stones, and 1 arcane crystal.
The red system message appeared a while after, and he hearthed back to ironforge, stayed there and guildchatted.
The arcane crystal he gave away to one of his stream audience. He also gave out multiple 10 and 14 slots bags to his newbie viewers on that same streaming session.
He, like many others affected by the banwave, did not delete the ores and the crystal. It should still be inside his bag at the time of the ban.
Here is Youku's appeal:
1- No exploitation has been done after 15:12 server time (time of the system announcement)
- YES , hearthed after the system message
2- All the exploited items must have been removed
-NO, many of those affected did not remove the items inside the harvest.
3- None of the items may have been traded, sold or exchanged. It includes using secondary characters as banks, trading item in the auction house, mailing the items, etc ...
PARTLY, none of the 30 ores were traded, smelted or sold. The one arcane crystal he mined, he mailed to one of his streamer audience.
4- The appeal must have been posted before the 1st January 2016
YES
Legitimacy of his stream can be provided via PM upon request. There's already too much china hate on Nostalrius (I acknowldge and accept the stereotyping of chinese players)
