Node Exploit Appeal - Under Review - Ganfort

as Tyrael has stated I want to post a new ban appeal including the answering of the 4 criterias.
1- I stopped exploiting the herbs before the server crashed for the first time. I don't know when exactly this was but it was before the system message went out by far!
2- I removed the exploited herbs. I still have herbs in bags because i am usually farming the Eastern Plaguelands during the Battleground Queues but I am pretty sure that they were legally herbed before the bug appeared.
3- As stated in my previous appeal I didn't trade/mail/sell or exchange the exploited herbs and asked in forums and with a ticket ingame on how to handle the herbs.
4- This appeal has been posted first on 24th December 2015 and now has been reposted with criterias met on 26th December 2015 12:42 PM CET.

My account got banned today for the reason of using the major bug exploit via looting herbs more than once. I admit that i did it for the first couple of minutes and I understand that you have to punish people for abusing the bug.

This was my situation:
I looted several herbs on the way while riding through the Eastern Plaguelands and at first didnt even know that something wrong happened. I thought that the server had reset its herb nodes and i was just lucky. Once i understood that herbs didnt despawn after looting i kept looting them thats true. I really thought that you might just want to adjust server market prices with a supply shock (I know it was stupid to think that). When i realized that it can't be a normal situation anymore even with the dynamic respawn rate live i stopped looting the herbs even before the warning message was out and also told other people to stop it.
I posted in the General Forums about this and confirmed that something wrong is happening here:

Furthermore i asked for clarification on how i should handle the looted herbs and if I just should delete them here: https://forum.nostalrius.org/viewtopic. ... 10#p208377
I immediately opened a ticket and asked for a clarification on how to handle the looted herbs because there was no explanation in forums and asked if I should delete them from my inventory. I don't know if you can check the ticket i submitted. Sadly i received no answer and started to delete the herbed items.
The next thing I got was the permanent ban. If you really think that it is needed to ban me off the server i have to live with that decision and won't cry about it anymore, but if there is a chance of giving me my warrior back I would love you for this.
If it is possible to check the logs you can see that I stopped looting at an early point and I was honest from the beginning. I play here for like 7 months and never did something illegal.
