Node Exploit Appeal - Under Review - Haibara

My account has been banned. The account that was banned was "Haibara"(Nostalrius PVP Server). The issue is related to the herbing/mining bug that occurred on 12/24/2015.
The Story
I was looking for a black lotus in silithus when the server restarted. I had no luck, but encounted a dreamfoil herb at silithus at the coordinates of 48,81. I looted the herb and found out that another herb was at the same spot. This kept occurring which I found out to be strange. I ticketed a GM in the game and posted to him about the issue that occurred at the spot of the dreamfoil. My ticket said (not exactly, but close): " I need help in silithus because a dreamfoil patch(48,81) will not disappear. I do not want to get banned because of what I did. What should I do?". The GM said to stop picking the herb. I stopped immediately and asked the GM on what I should do with the excess dreamfoil. He said to delete them to prevent myself from getting banned. I told the GM I deleted all my dreamfoil, but 23. I saved 23 because I did not know how many I had originally in my bags and kept three because that was how much I herbed from the first dreamfoil at 48,81. The GM acknowledged my situation by saying "Okay"(referring to keeping the 23 dreamfoils and deleting the excess dreamfoils) and said, "We will have administrators to talk to you about the issue." After that response, the server kept restarting so I was not able to talk to him again or did not hear any words from the administrators.
I feel like I did the right things to prevent myself from getting banned. I do not have screenshots of my GM conversation, but I'm pretty sure it's saved on your database about my ticket post, the conversation, and the actions I took on the dreamfoil when the GM told me to delete it. I do not remember the GM's name too.
Conditions:
1- No exploitation has been done after 15:12 server time (time of the system announcement)
YES - My actions occurred before the server announcement. I didn't exploit after the server announcement.
2- All the exploited items must have been removed
YES - The GM in my ticket said it was fine to keep 23 dreamfoils. All the remaining ones were destroyed.
3- None of the items may have been traded, sold or exchanged. It includes using secondary characters as banks, trading item in the auction house, mailing the items, etc ...
YES - All of the excess dreamfoils I looted from that herb(48,81) were destroyed. I did not even go to the auction house, mail anything, or exchanged any of the dreamfoils since they were destroyed.
4- The appeal must have been posted before the 1st January 2016
