Ban Review Qualifications

i wanted to describe my situation to hopefully be able to be reviewed and and unbanned!
1- No exploitation has been done after 15:12 server time (time of the system announcement)
- Yes, i stopped mining at instant .. i just went back there 2 times (each time exact 6 tries to see its still bugged) after the second try i logged off
2- All the exploited items must have been removed
- I wish i had done that before logging off - since i cant login anymore i cant help it anymore ;( - still everything i obtained remained in my inventory. anyway i wouldnt mind to have all ores and /or gold,crystals and gems removed from my account - i was poor as hell tbh
3- None of the items may have been traded, sold or exchanged. It includes using secondary characters as banks, trading item in the auction house, mailing the items, etc ...
- Nothing was traded/used/crafted or anything. the char still is located next to the node where i logged out.
4- The appeal must have been posted before the 1st January 2016

today i was farming in western plaguelands where some ppl continously mined a ore vein. i wasn´t knowing this would lead to a straight ban, so i joined them. then after some ore a system message came in which said ppl would get banned for mining and herbalism when exploiting that and everyone stopped to mine it.
sure thing i could have thought about that earlier ._. but in fact i shortly after that tried that vein 2 more times to see its still bugged (each time no more than 6 ores which surely shows its not "normal" ) and then logged off due to the fact that farming thorium isnt possible as long as its not "unbugged"
when i now tried to log in again, i just saw my acc was closed
i would rly like to have my account back, since i spent severel days of playing ;(
