Node Exploit Appeal - Under Review - Contentus

Regarding herb nodes.

1- No exploitation has been done after 15:12 server time (time of the system announcement)
Unsure of the time of the incident, could be after. Was not aware of any announcement at the time of the incident though since I had just gotten home and logged in shortly before. Could have had the announcement while flying since I was tabbed down but you should be able to see if I was online at the time.
2- All the exploited items must have been removed
Items were but in bank on the same character since I suspected a ban was coming and thought it would be good to still have the herbs to be taken away and show that I did not sell or use them but I was later advised to destroy them myself and all except what I belive I had prior to the incident was destroyed.
3- None of the items may have been traded, sold or exchanged. It includes using secondary characters as banks, trading item in the auction house, mailing the items, etc ...
As mentioned no items were used for crafting, sold, traded or mailed. They were put in the bank for a short while and then destroyed.
4- The appeal must have been posted before the 1st January 2016

Time of incident: Unknown. Betwen 14:00-18:00 server time the 24th
Time of items deleted: Unknown. Betwen 14:00-18:00 server time the 24th
Contacted staff: No, since it was clear a ban was coming and all the nessecary things could be said here in the appeal.
Own comments: At first I thought it was just several spawns ontop of each other(there are many cases of this on the server prior to the new system) but after 5-6 herbs that became unlikely. I herbed a few times more before I realised I would get banned for this and a rational person might have stopped there but I set a fixed amount in my head and herbed that, not with the intention to use any of it but to see if it would continue to respawn since I was already sure I would get banned and have to make an appeal.
Not the smartest thing to do and I realise if the appeal gets denied that will probably be the reason for it but it was not something that went through my mind at the time.
After reaching the amount I hearthstoned and put it in the bank as I mentioned before to show I didn't use any of it when the case would be reviewed and I went on the forum to see what I could find out about it.
I later went in and destroyed all the items.
