Banned @26.12.15 ~19:00

today I wanted to play on ur server. After i reached lv. 6 and looked in stormwind for an guild witch is speaking my mother language i got disconnected. I tryed to log in and see: permanently banned. I would like to know what the reason is? Sometimes i couldnt speak in any kind of chats like "say" or "whisp". World channel too. I needed to relogg or restart the game so i can wrote again. I hope u can help me and maybe disbann my account. Becaus I couldnt understand why im banned. I did nothing
Or tell me what i´ve did wrong.
